How it works

Design. Print. Mail. Track.

One campaign, handled from the first conversation to the mailbox. Here is each step and what happens in it.

  1. 01

    We pick the area

We identify the households and streets around your clinic that the campaign is designed to reach — ranking carrier routes on household profile, and reaching new arrivals as their own audience. How we choose the area.

  2. 02

    We build the card

We create the advertisement around your clinic, treatment and offer. You review it before anything is produced.

  3. 03

    We print and mail

We handle production and mailing. Printing and postage are part of your campaign price, not a separate bill.

  4. 04

    You see the response

When tracking is configured, scans, calls and other campaign responses can be measured. How tracking works.

What’s on the card

Built around the offer you want your neighborhood to see.

A campaign can include any of these. Not every card carries all of them — the layout is built around the offer.

  • Your clinic branding
  • A featured treatment or promotion
  • A new-patient offer
  • A QR code to your booking page
  • Your phone number and booking call to action
  • Your address and treatment information
The back of a mailed advertisement: the treatment list, a QR code, the clinic details, the address block and the postage indicia.

Choosing the area

A ZIP code is not a neighborhood.

One ZIP can hold a street of new builds and a street that will never book a treatment. So the campaign is planned below that level — by postal carrier route, and by who has just arrived.

Higher-income routes, not whole ZIP codes

Mail is planned route by route. Each postal carrier route carries published profile data — average household income, home value, household size, age — so the routes around your clinic can be ranked and the campaign pointed at the ones whose profile matches the patients you actually want.

That is how a campaign reaches the affluent pocket two streets over without paying to blanket the whole ZIP around it.

New homeowners, before they choose someone else

Households that have recently moved into your area can be reached as their own audience. Someone who has just moved has not picked a med spa, an injector or a weight-loss program yet — every one of those decisions is still open.

It is the one moment when a clinic is not competing with an existing loyalty, only with whoever reaches them first.

What this is, and what it is not

Route-level selection means every address on a route you choose receives the card. It is a precise neighborhood instrument, not individual household targeting, and we will not describe it as more than that. Which routes and which audiences a campaign uses is decided with you before anything is printed.
