Your in-person sales team out in your community.

Our software finds the businesses that share your clients.

In person

Coffee, treats and a real hello.

Every month our people walk into the gyms, salons and studios around your clinic. The staff get breakfast, a face they know and an easy way to send people your way.

  • A front desk with a carrier of hot coffees and an open box of croissants, muffins and cinnamon rolls. Clay figurines.

    Warm coffee and fresh-baked treats

For the whole shift, at every visit.

  • One of our people, holding coffees, laughs with two gym staff at their front desk. Clay figurines.

    Real people, in person

We meet the staff, introduce your clinic by name and come back every month.

  • A salon receptionist taps her phone on a small green card at the counter. Clay figurines.

One tap to send you a client

Every staff member gets a personal tap-to-schedule card. Anyone they send shows up under their name.

Your drivers, your routes, and every sign-up.

See who is driving your next route, every business they walked into, how many staff they met and what came back. It is counted from the log each driver fills in before they leave a stop.

  1. Your route, stop by stop

Your clinic in the middle and every stop around it, in the order the driver went. Five stops fit, and the map grows to fit ten.

  2. Every stop, logged

Time on site, who the driver spoke with, staff on shift, what was handed out, the sign-ups and bookings that came back, and why that business’s customers match yours.

Screenshot of one stop: a gym that joined the network, 14 minutes on site, the owner, four staff, six coffees and six cards, two sign-ups and one booking.
  3. Your drivers

Who drives your routes, how long they have been with us, and what they have done for your clinic so far.

The staff courtesy

The staff courtesy: the same for everyone.

Every staff member at a partner business, from the front desk to every trainer and stylist, gets the same courtesy from your clinic. For your trial the default is a complimentary consultation, which costs you only a few minutes and often turns into a booking itself. You can choose something else, like a complimentary add-on or a product sample. It’s given whether or not they ever send anyone, which keeps it a courtesy and not a payment for referrals.

Questions about the courtesy

Compliance

The compliance part, in writing.

  • A one-page partner agreement

Every partner business signs a one-page agreement: mutual promotion, nobody is paid per referral or per patient, no patient records are shared.

  • No patient records, ever

Partners never see who they sent. Your front desk calls and books, and we never handle patient information.

  • Your words only

We never describe your treatments in words you haven’t approved, and we make no medical claims.
