This website is operated by OUR Optimization LLC (trading as Our Wellness Optimization). We create and run direct-mail campaigns for independently owned clinics, and the only information we ask for on this site is what we need to put a campaign estimate together. This page explains what the form collects, where that information goes, who else can see it, and how to ask us to delete it. Questions about any of it: mustafa@ouroptimization.com.

What the Campaign Estimate form collects
The Campaign Estimate form is the only place on this site where we ask you to give us information about you or your clinic. You choose what to put in it. The fields are:
We do not ask for payment details, health information, or patient information anywhere on this site, and you should not send patient information to us through the form.

- Approximate campaign size
- Target area or ZIP codes
- Additional information you choose to add
How we use it
We use what you send to prepare a campaign estimate for you, and to follow up with you about it by email or phone.
If you decide to go ahead, we use the same information to plan and run the campaign: designing the advertisement, working out the target households and area, and getting the card printed and mailed. If you ask us to set up campaign response tracking, we use it for that as well.
Filling in the estimate form does not put you on any unrelated marketing list.
How it is sent and where it is held
This is a static site hosted on Netlify. Your submission is sent over HTTPS, so it is encrypted in transit between your browser and the site.
Submissions are handled by Netlify Forms and emailed to us. So your enquiry reaches Netlify, as our hosting and form provider, and our own email inbox, where we read it and reply.
We do not sell or rent your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not pass it to data brokers or list sellers. There is no version of this where your details get circulated for someone else's marketing.
Who else sees it
We share your information only with the service providers we need in order to deliver your campaign, and only the part of it they need to do their job. Where part of producing or mailing your campaign is carried out by a supplier, that supplier is given only what it needs for that job, not your whole enquiry.
Netlify sees form submissions as part of hosting this site and handling the form, as described above.
We may also disclose information if we are legally required to.
How we do not use your information
We do not use the information you send us to build an advertising profile of you.
Asking what we hold, or asking us to delete it
Email mustafa@ouroptimization.com and tell us what you want: a copy of what we hold about you, a correction to it, or deletion. Where you can, write from the same email address you used on the form, so we can find your submission.
We will delete your submission from our records when you ask. If your details have already gone to a printer or mail house for a campaign that is already in motion, we will tell you what has been sent and what we can still pull back.
