Deliveries

Warm coffee and fresh-baked treats.

At every visit, for the people working that shift. It is how a front desk gets to know our people, and your clinic, by name.

  • Warm coffee for the whole shift.
  • Fresh-baked breakfast treats, picked up the morning of the route.
  • A real introduction. When a business asks who we represent, we tell them: your clinic.
A salon receptionist taps her phone on a small green card at the counter. Clay figurines.

Drop-offs

Your materials, where people will see them.

With each business’s permission, we leave your printed materials at the counter and hand a personal tap-to-schedule card to every staff member we meet. Next month we restock them.

  • Your printed materials, placed where staff and customers will see them.
  • A personal tap-to-schedule card for every staff member, programmed to your business, so anyone they send shows up under their name.
  • Restocked every month, with new staff introduced as they join.

At every stop

The same three steps, every business on your route.

A route is 5 matched businesses near your clinic. You approve the list before we visit anyone.

  1. Bring treats and coffee

Fresh-baked treats and warm coffee for the people who work there, the same for everyone, whether or not they ever send anyone.

  2. Meet the staff

Introduce your clinic to them, using only wording you have approved, and leave your printed materials where staff and customers will see them, with the business’s permission.

  3. Hand out the cards

Each staff member we meet gets a personal tap-to-schedule card, so anyone they send shows up under their name.

Tracking

Every stop, in your portal.

Who drove your route, where they stopped, who they met, what they left and what came back. Counted from the log each driver fills in before they leave a stop.

  1. The route, stop by stop

Your clinic in the middle and every stop around it, in the order the driver went. Five stops fit, and the map grows to fit ten.

  2. What happened at each stop

Time on site, who the driver spoke with, staff on shift, what was delivered and dropped off, and the sign-ups and bookings that came back.

Your relationships

Maintained, in person.

  • Back on the street every month

Your plan sets how many routes we run for you each month: 1 or 2. That’s 5 or 10 business visits a month.

  • You approve every business

You approve the list before any visit, and we skip any business you already work with unless you ask.

  • The relationships are yours

Even if a trial guarantee gives you your $450 back, you keep your partner relationships.
