Add-on · Tap-to-review tags

One tap to your Google review page.

A patient taps their phone on the tag, or scans its QR code, and your Google review form opens. No searching for your clinic. We make the tags in your brand, program each one with your review link and test it before it ships.

An add-on, priced on a call. The quote depends on how many tags and spots you need.

How it works

From your review link to a tag on the counter.

Mockup, not a real photo: a sample tap-to-review stand for Integrative Wellness, a made-up brand, on a walnut front desk beside a plant and a tray of cards. It reads How did we do? Review us on Google, with five stars, a gold Tap here circle and a QR code with the words or scan.

Tap or scan

What is an NFC tag?

A small chip inside the stand, card or sticker. Hold the top of a phone near it and the page it carries opens, with no app to download. It is the same tap people use to pay with their phone.

For phones that don’t read NFC, a QR code printed on the same piece, if it has one, opens the same page.

Your referral routes use the same tap for the staff codes, which open your first-visit offer. Review tags are separate: they open your Google review form, for patients who have already been in.

  1. 01

    We get your review link

We take the direct link to the review form on your Google Business Profile. If the profile isn’t set up yet, we start there.

  2. 02

    We program and print

Each NFC tag carries that link. If you want a QR code too, the same link goes into one printed on the same piece, for phones that don’t read NFC.

  3. 03

    A patient taps or scans

They hold their phone to the tag or point the camera at the code. Your review form opens on their phone. What they write is up to them.

  4. 04

    Your team asks

One sentence at checkout, the same for everyone: “If you have a minute, tap here and tell us how we did.” The tag does the rest.

Where they go

Wherever a visit ends.

We pick the spots with you, based on how a visit runs at your clinic. Each spot gets the format that fits it.

  • Front desk

A counter stand where patients check in and check out.

    • Counter stand
  • Checkout

A sticker or small tag next to the card reader, where the ask happens.

    • Sticker
  • Treatment rooms

A table tent in the room, for a patient who has a minute before they leave.

    • Table tent
  • Take-home cards

A card that goes home with aftercare notes or the next appointment.

    • Card
  • Receipts and invoices

The same QR code on printed receipts and invoices, for patients who leave before anyone asks.

    • QR code

What you get

Branded, programmed and tested.

  • Tags in your logo and colors: counter stands, table tents, cards and stickers
  • A QR code on the same piece if you want one, for phones that don’t read NFC
  • Every tag tapped and scanned before it ships, to confirm it opens your review form
  • A one-line ask for your front desk, written for your clinic
  • Your own Google review link on every tag, with no redirect or filter in between, so the tags keep working

Planned with you

You approve the design before anything prints.

We settle these with you first, then quote the tags on a call:

  • How many tags
  • Which formats: stands, table tents, cards or stickers
  • How many spots and locations

Reviews the right way

Every patient gets the same ask.

A tag makes asking easy. The rules stay the same. These follow Google’s review policies and the FTC’s rule on consumer reviews. The tag only opens your Google review form: we never write, post or filter reviews.

  • Ask every patient

Not only the happy ones. Everyone who visits gets the same ask, and no one is screened out first.

  • Nothing in exchange

No discounts, gifts or prize entries for a review, whatever the review says.

  • Staff and family stay out

People who work at your clinic, and their families, don’t review it.

  • Reply to every review

Good or bad, your clinic replies to each review. In healthcare, a reply never confirms that someone is a patient.

Part of how people find you.

Reviews are one of the signals in local search, and what people read before they book. Review tags are an add-on to your referral routes.

Ask about review tags on a call.

Tell us how many spots and locations you have. We’ll quote the tags on a 15-minute call.

How referral routes work

Review tags are an add-on. Referral routes are the service: we get your clinic recommended by the staff of the businesses near you, and show you every lead.
